EssentialChristians do not disagree on this

How do I pray?

Prayer is not a performance and there are no magic words — it is a child talking to a Father who already loves you. Jesus gave a model: honor God, ask for what you need, confess, and rest in His protection. Pray badly rather than not at all. The Spirit Himself helps you when you don't know what to say — that's a promise.

Milk is foundational teaching; meat is heavier (Hebrews 5:12–14).
