Question Time Stamps for Quick Reference: 1. 0:10 {Child Preachers: Biblical?} Are “child preachers” biblical? 2. 15:29 {Expository Teaching: Biblical?} I asked a pastor at my former church why they chose to teach in a topical style rather than expository. He said we do not see examples of expository teaching in the Bible. Is this true, and a good reason? 3. 26:50 {Baptism for the Dead?} Does 1 Corinthians 15: 29 give validity to the Mormon practice of getting baptized for the dead? 4. 34:14 {Struggling with Sexual Temptations} I struggle with same-sex attraction, unfortunately. How can I be sure that I’m not reprobate/unregenerate? The idea of evanescent grace scares me. 5. 42:44 {Apostles vs. Disciples?} Does it matter whether I refer to Jesus' followers as the 12 Apostles or the 12 Disciples? 6. 43:23 {Sheep, Goats & The Rapture} Have you considered the sheep and goat judgment of Matthew 25 in light of the timing of the Rapture? The Rapture HAS to be before the tribulation in order for the Earth to be repopulated. 7. 47:24 {Having the Gift of Prophecy} How does a Christian know if they have the gift of prophecy? 8. 49:35 {Does God Choose to Love Us?} Does God choose to love us? If He Himself is love and He can't help but love us, why should we feel honored by it? Doesn't that take away the meaningfulness of it? 9. 52:28 {The Fear of Failing} I’m afraid I’ll sin or lead myself away from God if I make the wrong decisions about personal convictions, theology, and even daily choices. How should I deal with the fear of being wrong? 10. 55:38 {Divination Worked: Am I Unsaved?} A man who practices divination visited and gave info about me that was about 60% correct. Does this mean I’m not saved if his spells seemed to work on me? I'm taking questions from the live chat... here are the rules. I do this live stream most Fridays at 1 p.m. Pacific Time. You're welcome to join. To ask a question, you'll need to follow these instructions: 1. Don't post your question before you see me live on camera. 2. Post questions as comments in the LIVE chat at the beginning of the stream. 3. Post your question with "Q" at the beginning so we can easily identify that you are sending it in as a question for me and not just a comment in the chat. 4. Try to be as clear as possible so I won't misunderstand the question. Keep in mind that I don't know anything about your question other than what you type in that short comment. 5. Include specific verse references when possible or applicable. 6. Only one question submitted per subscriber, per stream, please. Submitting the same question into the chat a few times is OK. 7. Please understand that we don't strictly take the first 10 questions submitted. Our team takes several factors into consideration. 8. You can also check the "Clip Search" on BibleThinker.org in advance to see if your topic of interest has already been covered in a past session. I try not to answer the same questions over and over, so you may find what you need there. My website is searchable and all the video and audio content is free https://BibleThinker.org
